Kids In Christ's Service (KICS) worship in the morning service then retire to study the scriptures and prepare crafts that represent their understanding of the scriptures

Community UMC hosts and supports several Scout programs.
Girl Scout Troop 30436 meets on Sunday evening from 6:15 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Girls are eligible for the troop when they are in the 6th grade.
Girl Scout Troop 30708, a Daisy troop for girls Kindergarten or 1st grade, meets on Sunday evening from 6:15 to 8:00 p.m.
Girl Scout Brownie Troop 30243 meets on Thursdays at 6:00pm.

Hands Up Ministry is a ministry using puppets and sound by the children of Community UMC, with some adult assistance. This ministry is conducted in the worship service, in special church activties, and to community organizations.
